The Girls’ Brigade has been in existence for many years, and is committed to seeing the lives of young girls transformed and enriched, as individuals endeavour to follow the GB Motto which is – “To Seek, Serve and Follow Jesus Christ”.

The 1^st Tiverton Girls’ Brigade Company is affiliated to Tiverton Baptist Church and their Company night in the halls  at the rear of the main church building is each Monday evening during term time, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Access to the halls at the rear of the church is via the white gates opposite St. Peter’s church.

A full Company complement covers an age range from four years to 18 years, and is usually made up of  four sections, to accommodate differing age groups.

Girls Brigade has something to offer every girl including craft, competitions, baking, treasure hunts, story time…..and for the older girls we have health and beauty tips, cooking, orienteering, origami, card making and so the list goes on.

The best part of course if making new friends and being part of a group where people really care about you.
